HHR task force met this past Monday and have wonderful news about the capitol improvements project going forward on the water situation at Mwogo Clinic. We have an anonymous donor that has agreed to fund the required hardware and work needed to provide clean water on a permanent basis to the clinic! The Lead Nurse, Cyprien, has been given a letter from Sally Stuart, our mission liason, requesting official approval from regional officials in the Bugesaras Region to approve this project. We are also awaiting long term commitment in writing to maintain the equipment put in place to keep the fresh water flowing!
HHR is developing an official brochure this week to offer to interested parties/organizations that would like us to come and present our vision and needs to their respected counterparts. Also, we are going to offer tax deductible end of year HHR cards that people can give a monetary gift in a loved one's name for a Christmas gift.
So, things are exciting and response has been wonderful so far in people helping, giving of their gifts and talents as well as their resources. God bless you all!

I want to thank Bonnie Mahan for doing a fundraiser this past week for HAHFR. She donated 25% of her profits from a Pampered Chef event that she hosted. Thank you so much Bonnie and Karen, it was lovely.

We have heard from Cyprien, the head nurse at Mwogo clinic. The mayor of the Bugesares Region has granted official approval of the clean water capitol improvements project just this past week. This is very exciting to think that this clinic will have clean water available to the communities they serve! Camille
